While each and every service request is important to us, we are currently short-staffed and emergency situations are prominent this time of year.
Emergencies require our immediate attention & must take precedence over all other calls received.
If your tub is outside and in danger of freezing before or after our regular business hours please call our emergency on-call service technician at 701-552-3289
Non-emergency cases will be addressed as quickly as possible, in the order they were received. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you as quickly as possible.

Service Department Hours

MON-FRI 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
SATURDAYS By Appointment Only

  • All repair work itself is done at the customer’s home by highly qualified service personnel.
  • We have a fully stocked parts department so that any spa we sell can be repaired in a timely fashion for a reasonable service charge. (Due to COVID shipping delays some parts are 2-6 months out)
  • For after-hours emergency service please call the service center number above.

We are very proud of our full factory-certified, in-house crew that will provide professional installation and familiarize you in the care and lifetime enjoyment of your spa. We also have a full-time service department that will take care of all your supplies, warranty and service needs.
