You recently completed a sunroom at our home, and I wish to express my appreciation with the service and quality you have delivered in all phases of the project.
The solution you designed for us was relatively, involving excavation, pouring of foundations and slab plus a conventional frame structure in addition to the sunroom itself. We signed the contract with your company in May 2004 and were promised that work would start around mid July with completion on August 26.
You started the process of obtaining the necessary permits soon after the contract was signed and we received permits from the town of Stratford and Wetlands Comission in time so that excavation could indeed start mid July. From then on the process went ahead smoothly and we were happy to sign off for the finished sunroom on August 27. We very much enjoyed working with your crew and everybody was pleasant and helpful all along.
This finished result is tremendous and we are enjoying it every day.
This Monday our new sunroom passed it”s first test in the torrential rain following hurricane Ivan and I”m happy to report after 2″ of rainfall within 3-4 hours, not a single drop entered the structure.
