Job Requirements

We need an honest person who has excellent communication skills with a positive attitude. This person must be motivated by sales, be profit-minded, and be determined to be the best in the industry. We also need this person to embrace the evolving role of sales as our marketing changes.

Our sales professionals meet monthly sales goals, work on lead generation, lead follow-up, and support our customers before, during, and after the sale. Our sales professionals learn on the job from our sales veterans. They also have continual sales, company, and Manufacturing training in addition to self-improvement days. Sales professionals also seek Google, Yelp, and Facebook reviews from customers. We expect the sales professional to help keep the showroom clean, set/show up to appointments, and perform other duties as assigned.

GENERAL HOURS:  (Hours/shifts vary) Monday – Sunday 9 AM- 8 PM. Additional times necessary for special events such as home shows.
