JOB TITLE:  Front Desk Water Care Expert


SUPERVISOR:  Front Desk Manager

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:  A Front Desk Associate at HotSpring Spas & Pool Tables 2 plays a major role in the overall customer experience. He or she is expected to assist customers with any products or services they may need, as well as help them balance their water. A Front Desk Associate is also responsible for the overall showroom appearance and tidiness.


  1. To actively contribute to HotSpring Spas vision of “Every Day Made Better”
  2. Arrive at work promptly each day – Open/Close the Showroom
  3. Provide excellent customer service to all customers; to “Win The Day”
  4. Participate in ongoing on-the-job training
  5. Sell chemicals and accessories
  6. Answer phones/relay messages
  7. Perform water tests and report the results to customers.
  8. Ensure the showroom is neat and tidy at all times
  9. Learn and use Evosus (POS Software) for various tasks
  10. Act as a sales professional
  11. Offer innovation to the department and company


  1. Diplomacy and communication skills to handle any complaints in a level-headed manner
  2. Ability to multi-task
  3. Water chemistry
  4. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned


This job operates in a professional retail environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.


While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk or sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl;  talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 36 pounds.

GENERAL HOURS:  Monday – Friday 9 AM- 8 PM (hours will vary slightly) and weekends as needed, Saturdays 10-6 & Sundays 12-5
